One Bottle serves 25-50 Cocktail Portions of Alcohol Fruit-flavored Cordial.
Considering the Volume of the Ice Cubes the Bar Tender can serve up to 50 Cocktail Portions per Bottle.

Cocktail Preparation:
1.4 oz/ 40 ml Base + 4.8 oz/ 140 ml Orange Juice, shake well with Ice and strain into a Glass filled with fresh Ice Cubes, garnish with fresh Fruit and serve.


Created around 1914 by Ngiam Tong Boon, bartender at the Long Bar at the Reffles Hotel in Singapore, although the original recipe has been much adapted over the time.

Classic Recipe:

1 oz Gin 

3 Teaspoons Cherry Brandy

1 1/2 Teaspoons Cointreau

1 1/2 Teaspoon Bénédictine

Dash Angostura Bitters

3 Teaspoons Lime Juice

2 Teaspoons Grenadine

4 oz Pineapple or Orange Juice
