One Bottle serves 25-50 Cocktail Portions of Alcohol Fruit-flavored Cordial.
Considering the Volume of the Ice Cubes the Bar Tender can serve up to 50 Cocktail Portions per Bottle.

Cocktail Preparation:
1.4 oz/ 40 ml Base + 4.8 oz/ 140 ml Pineapple Juice, shake well with Ice and strain into a Glass filled with fresh Ice Cubes or mix with blender without Ice, garnish with fresh Fruit and serve.


We are more than partial to a Pisco Sour or two, and we think that the classic Pisco Colada is the very essence of a beach holiday. Jason Atherton’s head barman at "The Blind Pig", Gareth Evans, experimented with the two and created the Pisco Colada (or indeed the Cirocolada, in homage to its key ingredient).

We think it may well be the most delicious Cocktail we’ve ever tasted. 

Classic Recipe:

5 cl Pisco "Quebranta"
1,5 cl Pineapple Juice
2 cl Cane Sugar Syrup
2 cl Coconut Milk
1 Egg White
5 Dashs of Cardamom Bitters on top
