One Bottle serves 25-50 Cocktail Portions of Alcohol Fruit-flavored Cordial.
Considering the Volume of the Ice Cubes the Bar Tender can serve up to 50 Cocktail Portions per Bottle.

Cocktail Preparation:
Muddle Mint Leaves with 1.4 oz/ 40 ml Base then add 4.8 oz chilled Soda + some Splashes of Lemon or Lime. Stir gently with crushed Ice, garnish with fresh Mint Leaves & Fruit and serve.

Note: The Egg-White is already Part of the Base.


The Pisco Mojito was born in Miami, Florida. The drink has an entrepreneurial history. The drink was developed in the late 90`s of the last century by the German bartender Uwe Rusch, traveling around the world to find inspirations for new Cocktail creations. Amazed by the taste of Pisco Sour he was inspired by a Peruvian friend "Don Victor" and his own personal experiences made in Lima, Peru. He mixed the first time a Mojito with Pisco made of the famous "Quebranta" grape.The result was overwhelming! The Pisco Mojito was created. Within a few years the Cocktail community world wide accepted the Cocktail and today there should be no bar without Pisco Mojito.


Classic Recipe:

2 oz Pisco "Quebranta"
1 oz Sparkling Water
1 oz freshly squeezed Lime Juice
1 oz Cane Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
Dash of Angostura Bitter
